  After going to this place for two years today I experienced the worse customer service I have ever received in my life. I get my nails and pedicure done every two weeks and I had never had any issues. My boyfriend and I have always been very generous spending over $250 at a time and leaving over $80 on tips on each visit.
  
  On 11/18/17 I got my nails done for Thanksgiving. I was traveling to Chicago for the holidays. By Monday I had to return as my nails were falling apart. The shellac was coming out. My nails were fixed or so I thought. By Thanksgiving day my nails were completely falling apart again.
  
  Today I returned, I had pictures showing them how quickly my nails had gotten messed up. After spending well over $100 on nails I at least expected them to last 2 weeks.
  
  I was told that I must have done something different to cause my nails to get ruined. I explained that I had not, yet I was being charged to get my nails fixed. The manager was very rude, condescending, and instead of recognizing that the nail tech had done a terrible job and fix it I was being called a liar and being charged again to fix my nails. I left and will never come to this place again. I will bring my business to a place that understands and provides excellent customer service.
  
  I always tip extremely well, it's unacceptable that they could not accommodate fixing my nails and rather that I take my business some place else.
  
  Extremely disappointed. By far the worse customer service I have ever received.
